孙大妈辣酱厂建成于2001年,位于永丰镇双源村,拥有天然晒场10000平方米.在附属石牛,荷叶等乡镇建立了辣椒种植基地500余亩.年产永丰辣椒酱系列300余吨.自2001年建厂以来秉承300年传统工艺,取料天然无公害灯笼红辣椒,以全绿色食品科学营养组合,配以上等小麦、大豆、糯米等精工制作.推陈出新形成了刀豆酱、地蚕酱、芝麻酱、辣味腐乳、剁辣椒等二十余个品种的"孙大妈”辣食系列产品,低糖低脂、口感地道纯厚,食之能增进食欲、健胃开脾
